2023 Senior's and Under 23's KO Cup Entry Form

Important Notes …

• Use this form enter your team into the 2023 EPA Senior's and Under 23's KO Cup events at Pakefield on 5^th May.
• This is a team entry form only and accommodation bookings must be made with Pontins.
• Entry fee is £60 per team for both events.
• The Senior's KO Cup is a 7 person team event where you can name up tp 3 reserves.
• The Under 23's KO Cup is a 5 person team event where you can name up tp 3 reserves.
• Age limits are the same as for Intercounty, so for the Senior's, you must be 50 or older in the year of the event and for the Under 23's, you must be 23 or younger in the year of the event.
• After your form has been received and processed by the Tournament Director, they will be in touch by Email with information on what to do next and how to pay.
• It is not required to name any reserves if you don't want to.
