Notices, Terms & Conditions …

All booking requests are to be made using the online booking form.

Complete the form listing all members of your party. You will receive an email copy as confirmation.

A member of the booking team will then contact you to confirm availability and take payment. You will then receive an email confirming payment, players booked in and your booking reference.

Prices and accommodation types will be listed below, under 18 rates will be £10 less in each category and under 10s are still free. An adult (parent or guardian) must stay in any unit that has under 18 occupants, note that this adult cannot be anyone playing in an Under 18's event.

There are very limited single occupancy places so any single requests may have to share with others.

Please make one booking per accommodation unit. The input form will not allow you to add more than the maximum number of people for the selected unit type, and will also not let you submit the form if you have added less than the minimum number for the unit type for team bookings.

If you are taking part in a team event and an individual event on the same weekend, please only book via your team. There is no need to also make an individual booking. Individual bookings are for people attending only individual events and not team events.

The person making the booking will be responsible for any damages not reported.

Anyone bringing the event into disrepute in any way will result in a ban from National Events and/or EPA membership.

Any Non EPA member involved in any anti-social behaviour, damage of property or bringing the event into disrepute could result in action being taken against the team they were booked in with including them being removed from the event and site.

When you are contacted by the booking team, they will request full payment by card for the entire booking. Please be prepared.

Teams must be submitted as a single booking for each team please. If circumstances change with your team after submitting, the bookings team will be able to help you.
