Dress Code for Events

General Information

General
General: The dress code is the same for all EPA formal events unless specified otherwise and includes all age groups.
Dispensation: Dispensation may be requested from the event management team on an individual basis for each event. The decision of the management will be final and binding, and without appeal.
Headwear: No head gear to be worn during a game of pool unless dispensation is given by the organiser on the day or by the Tournament Organiser.
Failure to Comply: Disciplinary action may be taken if this dress code is not followed where it is defined in the event rules and conditions.
National Teams: This dress code does not cover the requirements for the National teams.

Dress Code

Code: Shirt, trousers (or skirt for ladies) and shoes, by the definitions below.
Definitions …
Trousers: Plain black tailored trousers must be worn. No studs. No combat styles. No jeans. No tracksuit or jogging bottoms. No cords. No alternative-coloured stripes. For ladies, no leggings except in the case of expectant mothers.
Skirts: Plain black skirt, minimum knee length. No pleats or alternative-coloured stripes.
Shirts: Shirts, blouses & tops must cover the whole torso, have at least bicep length sleeves and have a collar. Where the whole team are wearing a top provided by a sponsor, alternative collar styles are permissible, and the top must display the sponsor's branding.
Shoes: Black smart shoes with a matching colour outer sole, covering the toes and the majority of the foot. For ladies, ballet style shoes exposing the top of the feet are acceptable. No athletic shoes or trainer style shoes.
